Vacuum bleed shock & fork tool/machine, oil fill tool/station – its professional bleed and oil feel tool can work with any shocks and forks that support the vacuum bleed process. This machine is developed for vacuum shock bleeding using the vacuum pump and compressor. The process occurs manually by driving the appropriate hydraulic controls. The machine has a pressure gauge to verify the oil pressure and the vacuum inside the shock absorber.

We tested this machine with Fox, Ohlins, RockShox, CaneCreek, MRP, X-Fusion, DVO, Marzocchi, WP, King Shock, Showa, Walker Evans Racing shocks and forks!

Manual vs Automatic Vacuum Bleed Machines

ANSO Suspension produces only manual vacuum bleed machines. Due to our experience, there is no sense in automatic vacuum bleeding machines. Manual machines make bleeding better and faster.

Automatic bleed machines work according to the principle “bleed and pray” – make a few preconfigured cycles of bleed and mark the job as done. Right now any automatic bleed machines on the market do not have sensors that control the quality of bleeding. Also, automatic bleed machines have much longer bleed cycles than needed which takes a lot of time.

With manual vacuum bleed machines operator manipulates the damper, controls the presence of air bubbles and the time of cycles according to the current situation of bleeding. This provides the best better quality and the shortest bleeding time.

Technical information

• Tank volume is about – it’s enough for bleeding any MTB, moto, ATV, snowmobile forks & shocks, and for most UTV, truck, off-road shocks.
• The tank is made of nickel-plated steel.

• High-quality stainless steel V Style (Hight Flow Euro) quick coupler for bleed adapters as the best option for vacuum and pressure modes. One additional standard Q Style (Japan Nitto) plug included. You can buy bleed adapters separately
• Wall mount. Mount above the workplace will improve the bleed process
• To use this vacuum bleed machine you additional need any cheap vacuum pump (usually cost about 80-100$) and standard compressor.
