Description

PRO Suspension Vacuum bleed shock & fork machine – 4th Generation

The ANSO Vacuum Bleed Machine is designed to deliver the fastest and most effective bleed performance. Now in its fourth generation, it supports the fast bleed technique for unmatched efficiency. This machine upgrades your suspension service workflow to factory-level quality.

This machine will help you level up the service of shock absorbers and forks to a factory-level service!

Vacuum bleed shock & fork tool/machine, oil fill tool/station – its professional bleed and oil feel tool can work with any shocks and forks that support the vacuum bleed process. This machine is developed for vacuum shock bleeding using the vacuum pump and compressor. The operation is controlled manually via precision hydraulic components. Equipped with a pressure gauge, the machine allows verification of both vacuum and oil pressure inside the suspension unit.

We tested this machine with Fox, Ohlins, RockShox, CaneCreek, MRP, X-Fusion, DVO, Marzocchi, WP, King Shock, Showa, Walker Evans Racing shocks and forks!

A detailed user manual is included with purchase

Features

  • Support Fast Bleed Technique – provide faster and more efficient results than any other vacuum bleed machine on the market
  • Extra high-quality stainless steel tank – 5L / 170 oz (effective 3L / 100 oz) each
  • Universal Compatibility – Suitable for all types of shocks and forks, including MTB, motorcycle, ATV, snowmobile, UTV, truck, and off-road
  • Support a one-time bleed of 2 dampers
  • Adjustable pressure regulator – Prevents potential damage to dampers by allowing precise control of pressure
  • High-Efficiency Vacuum – The PRO vacuum bleeder achieves at least 600 microns of vacuum, and often reaches 300 microns inside the damper, ensuring rapid and effective air removal. Unlike other manufacturers who measure vacuum in the tank for tests, we measure it directly inside the damper.
  • Variable number of tanks – you can purchase additional tanks at any time and easily connect them. In the picture, you can see the two-tank version.
  • Electronics-Free Design – Operates reliably under any conditions, with no need for electronic setup or calibration when altitude and weather conditions change.
  • Comprehensive Manual – Includes clear guidance and recommendations for selecting a compatible vacuum pump that ensures safe operation without damaging your dampers.

Manual vs Automatic Vacuum Bleed Machines

ANSO Suspension exclusively manufactures manual vacuum bleed machines, based on extensive real-world testing.  Manual machines make bleeding better and faster.

Automatic bleed machines work according to the principle “bleed and pray” – make a few preconfigured cycles of bleed and mark the job as done. Right now any automatic bleed machines on the market do not have sensors that control the quality of bleeding. Also, automatic bleed machines have much longer bleed cycles than needed which takes a lot of time. Automatic bleed machines require manual filling for shocks and fork dampers with a harder tune and small oil channels, such as most mountain bikes and many moto units.

With manual vacuum bleed machines, the operator manipulates the damper, controls the presence of air bubbles, and the time of cycles according to the current situation of bleeding. This provides the best better quality and the shortest bleeding time.

Fast Bleed Technique

The process of vacuum bleeding is generally simple and straightforward – create a vacuum inside the damper and then fill it with oil. The problem is that, even theoretically, it is not possible to extract all the gas and achieve a complete vacuum immediately. Therefore, it is necessary to perform multiple iterations to extract all the bubbles after the first filling with oil. Modern dampers introduce further challenges — they often contain intricate channels and small cavities where air bubbles can become trapped.
The speed and quality of bleeding depend on multiple factors – the tune and architecture of the pistons and bypass channels of the damper, the capacity of the vacuum bleeding machine, oil viscosity, the bleeding technique, and others.
We spent more than 10 years gaining experience, built approximately 30 different types of experimental vacuum bleeding machines, studied over 1,000 samples of various pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, received feedback from hundreds of our customers, and collected their experiences. The result is a new version of the vacuum bleed machine that can achieve a -0.999 bar vacuum in the damper and utilizes the fast bleed technique, ensuring better final performance of the damper and, in most cases, cutting the number of vacuum-pressure cycles and time in half.

Technical information

  • Tanks: 5L / 170 oz (effective 3L / 100 oz) each – it’s enough for bleeding any suspension units (MTB, moto, ATV, snowmobile, UTV, truck, off-road)
  • Tank Material: Stainless steel
  • Vacuum deep: -0.999 bar
  • Air/vacuum distribution unit: with pressure regulator for fast operation and easy control
  • Safety: Pressure safety and release valve
  • Hoses: High flow transparent bleeding hoses provide a fast bleed process and visual monitoring
  • Bleed adapters quick connection: High-quality stainless steel V Style (Hight Flow Euro) quick coupler for bleed adapters as the best option for vacuum and pressure modes.
  • Mounting: Wall-mounted. Must be installed  above the workplace
  • Included: Filling adapter with hose and vacuum hose for connecting the vacuum pump.

Required (not included): Vacuum pump and standard air compressor (with air hose).

Connection option

We offer few connections options for the compressor (please let us know what type of connection for the compressor you need)

Thread connection types:

  • 1/4 SAE Flare (Male)
  • 1/4 NPT (Female)
  • 1/4 BSP (Female)

Quick connection types:

  • Q Style/C Type, Japan Nitto (plug, coupler not include) – recommend for the compressor and vacuum pump (Asia customers)
  • M Style, Industrial profile ISO 6150B (plug only, coupler not included) – recommend for the compressor (US/Canada customers)
  • V Style, Hight Flow Euro (plug only, coupler not included) – recommend for the compressor and vacuum pump (Europe customers)
  • T Style, Tru-Flate Automotive (plug only, coupler not included)
  • A Style, ARO 210 (plug only, coupler not included)
  • Small V Style, European Low Flow 5mm (plug only, coupler not included)
  • L Style, Lincoln “long nose” (plug only, coupler not included)
  • PCL, British (plug only, coupler not included)

Most common combinations:

Exper vs Pro versions:

  • Pro version supports the fast bleed technique. The Expert version does not support this feature.
  • Pro has 5L tank (effective volume 3L), while Expert has 1,2L tank (effective volume 0,8L).
  • Pro is equipped with an inlet pressure regulator. This is not essential, but it improves user comfort during operation.
  • Pro includes hoses for connection to a vacuum pump. Expert does not include hoses — they must be ordered separately.
  • Pro is built using premium hydraulic and pneumatic components, while Expert uses standard components.
  • Both versions can achieve excellent final bleeding results. The process usually takes 2–5 minutes with the Pro and 5–10 minutes with the Expert.
  • We recommend the Expert version for mechanics performing fewer than 5 bleeds per week, and the Pro version for those doing more
